February 1, 2012 - Updates to the Governor's School Finance Plan -- Dale Dennis' office has updated the Governor's school finance reform plan and its effect based upon information available at this time. It is important to note that this plan would not take effect until the 2013-14 school year.
February 1, 2012 - The Governor’s Excellence in Education school finance plan—Senate Bill 361—was introduced Tuesday, January 31. This bill contains other provisions including new requirements for teacher evaluations, a teacher and administrator mentoring program, changes in the negotiations law, etc.
